- Fully qualified teacher status with an internationally recognised teaching qualification.
- Degree in Education or to the subject being taught while supported with a Degree in Education
- Previous experience in a similar role.

This international school was founded in 1985 and is fully accredited by the Bahranian Ministry of Education. It is a co-educational international school offering an American curriculum from Pre-school to High School (PS-Grade 12).
