Andrew Wigford, Managing Director
Andrew has been involved in international education, both as a teacher and Headteacher, for over 25 years and has worked in Germany, Colombia and Austria. He set up TIC in 2005 to help teachers find great jobs in great international schools. He regularly visits international schools that TIC works with and has a strong relationship with many in the international leadership community.

Amy Bardsley, Recruitment Consultant
Amy joined TIC in 2011. She is now the specialised recruitment consultant for TIC Leadership. She has developed a reliable network of contacts from her many school visits and conferences. Amy's responsible with working personally with leaders and schools to find their perfect match.
Gemma McSweeney, Recruitment Manager
Since joining TIC in 2008, Gemma has specialised in matching leaders with international schools across the world. She has over 10 years experience in recruitment and selection methods, and supports leaders looking to take the next step in their career.
