More about Morocco

Morocco is a beautiful and inviting country where hospitality is a cherished tradition and proud local people welcome the opportunity to show visitors the qualities that make this a truly unique land. The family is the centrepiece of Moroccan culture, and the philosophy that “it takes a village to raise a child” can still be found here.

Casablanca is Morocco’s largest city located on the Atlantic coast. It is comprised of many diverse neighbourhoods punctuated by towering palm trees, fruit and vegetable vendor’s carts piled high with colourful offerings, and the occasional roving troupe of traditional Moroccan street musicians. Here you will find a mix of narrow, winding alleys of an old Moroccan medina, full of exotic sights, sounds, and smells; chic European cafés and designer shops; an American-style shopping mall complete with an Imax theater, musical fountain, and sprawling food court.
