About the School

This international school in Malaysia is a co-educational boarding and day school, with pupils from 3 to 18 years of age. The curriculum is closely based on the UK National Curriculum. The curriculum is carefully structured to provide a balance of subjects and to allow individuals to play to their academic strengths. The emphasis is on first class teaching, provided in well-resourced departments and with small class sizes, allowing plenty of individual attention for students.

They have highly qualified and committed staff with a generous 1:10 teacher to students ratio.

Their Primary School students (Nursery - Year 6) enjoy their own purpose-built and wonderfully equipped building, as well as having access to all the school’s other facilities. The Senior School is divided into two sections; Years 7 to 9 (Key Stage 3), iGCSE Years 10 and 11 (Key Stage 4). In Years 7 to 9 students will continue with a modified version of Key Stage 3 of the UK National Curriculum and in the upper section of the Senior School (iGCSE Years 10 – 11) the core of the curriculum will be Cambridge Assessment International Education IGCSE’s. In the Sixth Form the core of the curriculum is the Cambridge Assessment International Education examinations (CAIE) AS and A levels.

Facilities:

The school is a brand-new school with wonderful facilities for learning, performance, sports, and general personal development. There is Houses for boys and girls, too, in two purpose-built accommodation blocks. As well as excellent classroom spaces designed specifically for their curriculum requirements, they will have great communal spaces for students to share their learning, and to make the most of the times when they are not in classes.

These will include Learning Commons, libraries and computer facilities, a café, a school shop, a 600-seat Auditorium, drama and music rehearsal spaces, an indoor swimming pool, sports hall, squash courts, and fitness centre. Being in Cyberjaya, the wi-fi infrastructure will be first-rate, so staff and students will enjoy excellent connectivity to enhance their learning experiences.
