Andrew Wigford, Director of TIC, worked very closely with the school on this appointment from visiting the school to attending the final interviews at the school. Sean felt the face to face contact with Andrew was particularly helpful as he felt he was able to answer any questions he needed without feeling any undue pressure. He also felt the continual up to date communication was very helpful in the process of my recruitment. Sean said 'As this is the first overseas position I have held, I feel this appointment would have been very difficult without the experience and advice from TIC.'

Bruce Ashton, Headteacher - International Preparatory School, Mauritius

Bruce says “TIC was far more personal in the search (than other leadership recruitment agencies) and in keeping in contact with me. I felt like I was special to them and that they would go the extra mile to secure me a position. Within a couple of emails with TIC I was a finalist in two very good schools. TIC liaised with the school on my behalf and really assisted me in securing the position.”' Read more here about his experience in Mauritius.
