Reach a world of great candidates this year - Make TIC’s Virtual Recruitment Networking Fair your first step

This November, start your recruiting in a new, exciting, affordable and globally connected way by participating in the TIC Virtual Recruitment Networking Fair.

TIC’s VRF Networking event will provide a week of online, global networking between international schools, and teachers considering jobs in international schools.  It will take place from November 19th to 25th; allowing the maximum number of teachers, from all time zones, and all corners of the world, to participate when it’s convenient for them. As a participating school, you too can log in when it’s convenient for you, and as often as you wish.

As TIC’s VRF Networking event is held online, it will mean it’s incredibly easy for schools to participate. It’s an affordable way to promote your school and your potential jobs to teachers. The event will enable you to identify possible candidates in preparation for your current and future vacancies, connect directly with them, and view and download their CVs or resumes.

Stand out from your competition this year

This latest, accessible, new route to recruiting is proving very popular with teachers considering international jobs. In the first TIC VRF event earlier this year, 362 job applications were processed, 624 pre-qualified teachers from 63 different countries attended, with most teachers coming from UK, Australia, UAE, Canada, Ireland and the United States. The feedback from teachers was very positive; most said they’d participate again and would recommend the VRF to their colleagues as a way to easily connect with international schools.

The fair is a valuable first step in a recruiting campaign, allowing schools to gather a pool of quality candidates before travelling to any job fair or even before placing a single advert.

Registration is now open for schools to sign up for TIC’s VRF Networking in November. An Early Bird rate of £750 is available until 19th October 2018. Thereafter, the rate will be £1,000 per school.
